Solid Wood Sculpted Classic Commode

The chest has two sculpted drawers, these sculptures are in Baroque and Renaissance style with colonial spirals to preserve the authenticity of the work as much as possible.

Made in 1997 from solid European beechwood. Our team did a meticulous job in refurbishing this piece of wood furniture. Made from walnut wood, in a colonial style which resembles the renaissance and baroque styles. We maintained the rustic and colonial design to keep as authentic as possible. The spirals were the hardest part to restore. But our team worked hard to make the spirals look like new. The hand carved and handmade parts of this commode make it one of a kind (the spiral columns, carved necks). It is one our most comprehensive fretwork restoration to date.
